December 21, 2018, Professor Menachem Elimelech and Professor John Crittenden, foreign academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE) and members of National Academy of Engineering (NAE), visited Hebei GEO University. President Wang Fengming met with the guests and had a discussion with them.

First, the two academicians introduced their research fields and speciality, respectively. Then, Wang expressed warm welcome to the guests and gratitude to the support of Hebei Administration of Foreign Expert Affair. During the meeting, our university and the academicians reached agreement on holding research cooperation on Environment Engineering, which laid foundation for further cooperation.

After the meeting, the academicians visited the Finance-Monetary Museum and the Gemology research and development center, achieving further knowledge on the history and feature of our university.
